  • Do I need to have SSM to sign up on Malaysia Select?

    Yes, you would be required to submit your business registration number in your application.

  • I do not have an online store, can I list other links on Malaysia Select?

    Only your online store URL link is allowed to be listed on Malaysia Select. You can sign up and create your own online store with EasyStore today!

  • I am selling services, can I join Malaysia Select?

    Your products would need to be for end-users only (B2C) and able to be sent to Taiwan.

  • Is there any hidden fee?

    No. There isn't any hidden fee on our plans. What you see is what you get.

  • Can I cancel my plan at any time?

    Yes, you can. To cancel, go to Settings > Billing > click on 'Cancel subscription' and complete the form. This will cancel the auto-renewal but will not affect your current subscription, you are still able to log in to your account and continue using the services until the store expires.

  • How can I pay for subscription?

    We accept the following payment methods via PayPal, Visa/Master international and online banking (FPX for Malaysia)
